thanks. After last night's discussion, we probably have to wait. the job market being what it is, my hubby might not want to leave his job b/c his job is very stable now. So it would be a risk taking a job in TN that may or may not be stable. i am kind of upset that he got me so excited thinking we could sell this house. i hate it here. But realistically, we are probably stuck here for at least a few more years if not until retirement.
