They also recommend holding a loved one's hand for 10 minutes, followed by a brief hug, when you're gonna get your bp checked. Xena, I checked my bp when we went to publix today, and it was 113/87. Idk what my top number was at the ps, but my bottom was the problem, at 101-105. I felt sooooooo good seeing that. I'm not supposed to start my xanex til Monday, so I'm feeling quite optimistic now!

that reveal watchin' fish in an aquarium, fish bowl etc brings down blood pressure also I just read in one of my horse magazines that just brushin' a horse will also lower BP. Or even just strokin' a pet such as a dog or cat does the same thing. Animals are just so therapeutic for sure!
Wish you lived closer and I'd take ya over to our therapeutic ridin' center and you could lower that BP in a heart beat:wink: Not only brushin' an equine or two but also watchin' those children and adults with disabilities durin' there class time when a big ol' smile lights up those faces. A guarantee for sure to lower that BP doll!
Let me know if I can help you sweetie, and yep folks in 'Bama are quite tuff IMO:wink:
Positive thoughts and a prayer too for YOU that the ol' BP is down to that normal range where it should be.
