Help breast revision etc.

I'm 5 9' 132pds. 34c Have two children recent child is 5 mths. old.
Had breast aug. 9 yrs ago,Having revision breast aug.w/tacking outsides of breast in.
Going from 450 hp saline to 650 hp silicone gel both round.
Issue currently is that I have a 3 1/2 inch gap between my breast unfortunetly,due to the doctors choice of placement.
My concern is that they will be tooo big.A full sized D would be perfect in my opinion.Having going to 4 different dr.feeling discouraged. I have chose one, did measurements & all, & he suggested 650hp gel,said would look natural & not like porn star boobs.
Is any one out there who has/had similar story,any input would help,if I can relate.Surgery date is in two weeks........I just don't want to go through any more breast aug. after this one.

Hi Swaggerette.. Welcome to the forum .. So your having a lift right ? Congrats on the date!! That will be here fast ... Did you have overs last time and now your going with unders? I had a revision from saline to silis ( your going to Love the silis) was 36c ( deflated) from kids!! got 400 and am either 34 DDD/F or 36 DD...... your 34 C now and going up 200 cc's? You will prob end up a Full DD and going with unders you lose about 15 % and If you ended up a DDD .. Im the same height and close to your weight and they dont look like porn star boobs for sure.. i have mods tho.. as far as your 3.5 inches inches.. the lift i had brought my cleavage closer but my pockets were overcut to begin with ... the space you end up with also depends on how far apart your boobs are now... he has to center the implant behind your nip .....did he tell you what your breast width diameter was? which implants are you getting ? If you need anything just ask Bailey or one of the mods and we'll be happy to help Bailey can help you out here better .. she is Great at getting the sizes right

Thanx soo much 4 replying...If this helps any paper work says;Bilateral explantation of breast protheseis w/secondary aug. mammaplasty (removal & replacement both implants w/open cap & tacking to lift sides of breast.
Allergen Silicone gel smooth round high profile.
Oh yeah they are unders & going that way w/the 650..
so from 450cc hp saline to 650cc hp

any other comments/suggestions

yw. Ok.. so then your having a redo and pocket revisions.. not a lift .. sorry bout that .... do they fall into your armpits now when your laying down ?

No,not that far in,but they are definitly off,new Dr. showed me where there suppose to of been placed using his 3d imaging computer,but because I already have implants he couldn't show me exactly what they would look like redone,which I have surgery appt in week & 1//2. Very excited (been almost decade)but again nervous.I also decided to get quad blepharoplasty upper & lower,that too am I nervous,cause theres no going back.got a great price w/both,also isn't charging me for lift.Not so much do I care about the price,however esults is what I'm anxious and concerned about.

I am 5'4" 160 lbs and went from 450cc MP silicone to 70cc HP silicone and love the results. I can dress to show off the girls and I can dress to cover them up too. Try the rice test. Good luck hon.

Congrats on the blephs!! Theres quit a few ladies here that have gotten them done.. I Need to for sure one of these days !! Everything your feeling is normal .. were all nervous and scared but its alot easier the second time around.. I forgot to ask you in the last post.... you said your baby is 5 months old? Do you have someone thats going to help you post op.. you wont be able to lift anything over 5 pounds for at least 30 days hun....
