Ok, everyone I need some sizing advice. I am probably already a B cup but I don't fit into an A cup?? I do when the A cup is padded. Weird huh. The reason is because I am fuller at the bottom and really flat at the top. A typical full anchor lift result with no implant.
I just want a better shape, not that flat square look, but only want to be a B cup. So, what silicone size should I ask for? Remember, I am going under the muscle. My Dr. in San Diego keeps every size available in the operating room and he uses sizers as well during the
surgery. He actually inflates you to the size you want to be, and then removes the sizers and gives you the size implant that you wanted. I also want him to try to hide my scars if he can, so I want the implant to sit low, not real high.

Hun about sizes..Your an A now? And your only wanting to go to a b or is a C ok? ..it takes at least 200-250cc to go one cup size ... Any additional cupsize change is an additional 150ccs.

Ok. Everyone: To go from my before to one of the afters, how big of a silicone implant do you think I should get. I don't want to be any bigger than those range of after pics. I will find out what my PS recommends when I see him for my pre-op appt. the day before my surgery. He will have all sizes available to him. I just want to know what ya'll think!

Yes, Vikki: I really only want to be a B cup. If I go to a C and gain any weight
then I am a D. That is why I had my implants removed in the first place. From the beginning I wanted a B cup and I never got them. So, I hope I get them now.

Maybellineo, I was a b, got 275 saline under the muscle and went to a d. I think they look like a c most of the time, but I can play them up when I want to. I have some pics if you'd like to take a look. Everyone's so different with how their body handles the cc's.

As for the flying, I had a lift and ba at the same time. If I had had to fly 3 days later, I guess I could've. But definitely would've needed help. You will feel really tight and for sure have your meds and take them on time (bring some snacks to have with them). Be really careful of people bumping into you. Maybe cross your arms under your boobs when you land to kinda hold them kwim? Do you have one of those little U-shaped neck pillows so you can rest/sleep on the plane? Please just have some help k hun.

or get a wheel chair. I won't pick up my bag. I will ask for help. I will be alone.

what size implants did you have before hun? The ones that took you to a large c/d

They were 380cc saline in front of the muscle.

Oh, geez, LOL yea that would be bad. If you get some help and just go slow, I think you'll do ok. But you will be worn out when you get home.

My guess would be 250cc to 350cc. You were unhappy with 380cc so 250cc to 300cc may be more realistic. You must consider your existing breast shape, tissue volume, and previous surgeries will dictate the possibilities and options for this surgery. With smaller implants than before you may not be as perky as before, unless your surgeon removes some more skin tissue. Would that be a problem for you? Your surgeon should be able to tell you what he can do and what you can likely expect within the bounds of possibilities. Good luck hon.

I agree with Brenda..250-300 would be my guess.
Because youre going with overs...the volume can appear to be fuller sometimes, without the muscle kind of "holding it in".

Have you done the rice test yet? It is such a big help with visualizing what you will get. Here is a link on how to do it!

I would guess about 250,too.Are you going with overs or unders?
I had 500 cc and that brought me to a 34 c...some d's but mostly c's

Maybelline with my first BA - I went from an A to a C with 250cc overs.

You are going behind the muscle, so you could lose some size......so, I would stick with 225 - 250ccs. to get the B.

Maybellneo... I had to go to a funeral the day after my sx!! Yes I know.. it was crazy!!

Anyway... the girl at my PS office suggested that I wear a sling for my arm, and I did make up a little "white lie" about hurting my arm very badly! hehe But it did really help with people knowing to keep their distance and not grab me and hug me, which was our main concern.

I think something like that would be a good idea for the plane hun.
