Help 450cc to 650hp salin to silico

I'm 5 9' 132pds. 34c Have two children recent child is 5 mths. old.
Had breast aug. 9 yrs ago,Having revision breast aug.w/tacking outsides of breast in.
Going from 450 hp saline to 650 hp silicone gel both round.
Issue currently is that I have a 3 1/2 inch gap between my breast unfortunetly,due to the doctors choice of placement.
My concern is that they will be tooo big.A full sized D would be perfect in my opinion.Having going to 4 different dr.feeling discouraged. I have chose one, did measurements & all, & he suggested 650hp gel,said would look natural & not like porn star boobs.
Is any one out there who has/had similar story,any input would help,if I can relate.Surgery date is in two weeks........I just don't want to go through any more breast aug. after this one.

I switched from 480cc saline mods to 700cc Hp silicone. I don't have really natural results, but I had little breast tissue to start with and I'm quite a bit shorter and I am very petite. There's a lot more to it than just cc amount. The implant width and projection, your height, weight, ribcage measurement, existing breast tissue, BWD all have to be taken into account when determining what results you'll get. Taller gals generally can handle larger cc amounts very well and still look proportionate. Mine do look a little 'porn star' like, but it's due to having large implants on a small frame. And I am all implant so I don't have that natural hang that you get when you start with more tissue. I really think that 650s would be great for you, the numbers sound a lot scarier than they are! I'd trust your ps on this one. And the 2nd time is SO much easier than the 1st. Best of luck with your redo and welcome to the forum!

Hi Swaggerette - Welcome to the forum

What size breast did you have before your first augmentation?
Tiff and the others gave you a great response on what to expect.

Breast width dimension is very important - and also what size you were before you had implants.
You are tall so you can carry them off. What size are you now with the 450cc??? are you a 34 C with the 450cc??

Just wanted to welcome you and wish you good luck..I think you will do good with the 650hp's...thats what I have and love them and I started with nothing at all.
