i am back from surgery

everything went well with the surgery. i havnt seen them yet because i cant remove the bandage till this coming wednesday. im kinda curious tho. i almost didnt have the surgery. my knee was bothering me so i went to my primary dr and she thought i had a bakers cyst. and so, she wanted 2 ultrasounds but didnt mention that i should do it before surgery, that recall. so i got my pre op call and when i mentioned that they were pretty sceptable because it also had to rule out phlebitis. anyway, i went for an ultrasound the night before the surgery in ct and neither was found. i am thinking it is either the sciatic nerve or as the anesthesia dr mentioned, maybe theres a problem with the knee joint itself. it is fine now so i think sciatica.
i have no pain at all in my breasts and i am fine. i am not supposed to drive but you know meeee! gotta go to church tomorrow and i bring myself. i will be fine. no meds. see you all sometime this weekend!

Thankfully that came out well pat.. Hun do not peek in case something is stuck to your nip!!! and you better be very careful if they told you to Not drive.... Glad your home safe and sound Now rest.. you are working this week remember ??

Sorry to hear about your knee. I sometimes get sciatica but it is always in my lower back and runs down my leg - didn't know you could get it in the knee. Hope that whatever it is isn't serious and that it gets better real soon.

the sciatic nerve runs right down the back of the knee to the ankle, and i do sometimes feel it under butt cheek. i guesss this what getting older is all about but be assured i will beat it down with a stick and it will be gone !! ... um , hopefully LOL!! i dont have any pain right now at al. whatever they geve ma in the hops has definetly gotten rid of it! yay!
wed i can tale offf my bandages to see the new editions. i will take pics. i know right now they are caked with extra ink from what i am told. then in jan i will be getting the gortex threading around the areola and then im home free. jeez, im gonna miss all my traveling! i actually love the 3 day rest!!

hahahahaha yeeeeeeees i remember last time very well! lol, its still hurting my pocket, first the ticket in lakewood that cost me al that money, then hitting my husbands new truck the following surgery didnt didnt exactly help my track record did it? lol!! welllll today i am goin to church to get some paperwork and for a practice of christmas choir. lets .... hope, yeah thats the word. that im a real gooood girl and dont cause any um, havoc?? if i do, make room, ill need a place to sleep!!!! lolololol!!

i am feeling good tho i am tired tonite. the back of my knee iy fine right now. i am thinking whatever they gave me in surgery has fixed it for now. its definetly not inflamed anymore. i can feel the difference.
we went to a friends house tonight, he and his wife were having an october fest at their home. he is a state trooper. they are very nice people and there was sooooo much food! i wasnt sure i really wanted to go because i did so much already today. but we did and so tomorrow and monday i am gonna rest.. after church of course. oh, i guess monday i have to go to a meeting at work at 10am. i am not wanting to go but it is mandatory as we have gone up a level in loreal to elite. some people from england are supposed to be talking to us for ... inspiration. ill let ya know how that goes! lol!

hahahahahaha!!!! you so make me laugh vickie!! i am fine, there is no pain whatsoever. i went out today to my meeting. honestly i could have stayed home because it really didnt need me. then i drove to another salon to say hello to onee of my friends and then i went to ac moore and now, i am home.

actually i am doing well. i wandered thru new york on the way home with my husband. bought some swarovski crystals and a couple velvet bracelet stands for my pieces i make. we went in a few stores and then finally we came home. i didnt have any pain in the incision area at all. the alloderm he put in from the last time to reduce the rippling... that was a tad sore ish. that was all tho. i havnt even seen them yet because they are bandaged. i can remove the bandages wednesday. i hope they are not stuck inside there...LOL!!
i have been doing alot since i came home. by sat, i was exhausted. usually with any surgery i have i get a vast burst of energy. totally cant control it. always the 3rd day is when i know that my ass has been kicked tho. thats the day i have to rest... because i cannot move a muscle lol!!!!
when i am in conneticut for 3 days thats when i get the most rest.(day before, day of and day after surgery) really, there is nothing to do there but watch tv.
tomorrow i go back to work. waaaa. dont wanna. i get confortable staying home. but i have to make money and as soon as another week goes by ill be back into the swing... i guess.... lol!!
