Hi beautiful mamas! I'm so excited to finally have my pre-op scheduled for this Monday for my BA redo....this time I'm swapping out the salines for silicone and I'm going for a larger size! I couldn't be happier! I can't wait to chat more with you girls. xoxo

You will Love the silis... Ive had both and hands down silis are so much better.. at least I think so in my body.... What size are you hoping to be when all is said and done ? The ladies here are great ... you'll love it here

I'm pretty sure that I found this site through a search engine for breast augmentation forums

I'm currently looking to go from my current 325 cc salines to a 600-650cc silicone. I'm still curious how silicone will feel compared to the salines. For the first 2 years I remember that my salines definitely felt fairly "firm" although they weren't overfilled or underfilled. It wasn't until after the third year that I recall them starting to soften and really start to drop significantly. I'm hoping that there will be a tactile difference similar to what I felt in the PS office! Thanks again so much for your thoughtful replies & help!

Welcome and best of luck with your sx, you are going to LOVE the sils, I just switched from saline to sils and went larger 6 months ago and I love my results. There is truly a world of difference between the 2!

Good luck! Write your questions and concerns down and bring them with you to the appointment. Sometimes we tend to forget at least one thing from the excitement.

Well I can tell you mine feel very real they were firmer for a few months but very soft now ... Some love their salines but to me they felt like 2 bags of water stuck to my chest ....
